I've been locked out of #Twitter / #X before.

And it's always the same, isn't it; if the people who want to silence you can somehow construe what you have said as "harassment," then they can have you silenced.

The funny thing is, I think I know who did it, and if it's the person I think it is, then it's ironic.

It's a person who has the Twitter/X user handle @JulesMagaGirl.

Yes, she's a "MAGA" girl?

You know?

The kind of people that go on and on about "cancel culture?"

Well, it sounds like one of the anti- #cancelculture crowd is engaging in the very thing she says she hates.

A few days ago, I got notification that my X/Twitter account was suspended because one of my Tweets was labeled "harassment," and I was given the option to either delete the Tweet or appeal. I appealed, and I got the notification back that my appeal was refused, and I appealed again, because I know that the Tweet is not "harassment" as it is claimed.

It may be the last of my Twitter account, because I know for a fact that what I tweeted is not "harassment," and I sure as heck am not deleting the Tweet.

I'd like to use this blog post to make the case that Twitter/X does not allow me to make. I'm not sure if I'm caught by an automated system, or if there is a live person on Twitter trying to FORCE me to remove the tweet that is keeping my account suspended.

It went like this:

This user, @JulesMagaGirl had been arguing back and forth on a Twitter thread about circumcision being mutilation, and I happened to be part of it.

The user typically proceeds to post all the usual alibis and excuses for forcibly slicing off part of a healthy, non-consenting child's penis.

It's "healthy," "cleaner," it "prevents STDs," all the usual stuff.

But in one tweet, she tries to argue that male infant circumcision "does not have to do with genitals."

I can't remember exactly what was said because I CAN'T ACCESS MY ACCOUNT, but she actually tries to say "Male infant circumcision is not in any way cutting away any part of the genitals."

To which I post the following tweet:

 

 

Highlighted in my Tweet: "Those look like genitals to me..."

This is the Tweet that got me suspended from my account.

This is what passes for "harassment" in the eyes of some Twitter/X hall monitor.

If you look closely, all it is is just a rebuttal to the girl's claim that circumcision "doesn't remove anything from the genitals."

The tweet includes a clear picture of a circumcision.

 

It should be obvious to anyone with eyeballs and two brain cells to rub together that circumcision clearly removes tissue from the genitals.

Where else could circumcision be removing anything from?

The nose?

The chin?

The knee?

@JulesMagaGirl is clearly delusional, as the fact that circumcision is clearly an act of male genital mutilation is clear as day from the picture I posted.

The thread goes on and on with other attempts at arguments that @JulesMagaGirl tries to make.

Parental choice. (Which would also apply to FGM.)

Retention of the ability to orgasm. (Also true of FGM.)

Retention of the ability to procreate. (Also true of FGM.)

All the usual canned stuff.

But the above Tweet is the one that got me cancelled.

I'm still waiting for that appeal, because as it is easy for anyone to see, I have not engaged in any "harassment," unless the "harassment" is adequate rebuttal to poor arguments.

At this point I need to ask, @elonmusk, what is the meaning of this?

Is this conversation not allowed on X/Twitter?

Kind of disappointing as I thought that free speech had returned to X/Twitter.

Apparently not.

Anyway, since X/Twitter will not allow me to make my case to them directly, I thought I'd post it here.

Very disappointed, Mr. Musk, very disappointed.

The Crimson Joins Harvard in Filing "Motion to Dismiss"

 

Earlier this month, I posted about how Harvard University basically wants to shrug off Eric Clopper's lawsuit for defamation by filing a "motion to dismiss."

And now, it appears the university's publication, The Crimson, which has also been implicated in the lawsuit, has responded in turn with its own "motion to dismiss."

There is no doubt that a third "motion to dismiss" by the third party implicated in this lawsuit, Baystate Sound, is to be expected.

I'm just going to quickly comment on how bold-faced these actions are before letting you read for yourself what Eric Clopper has said in his mailing list below.

How brazen it is of Harvard and their publication, and Baystate Sound to collude in the deliberate defamation of Eric Clopper to then attempt to brush it off.

Harvard University, The Crimson and Baystate Sound colluded in the defamation of Eric Clopper and the violation of his constitutional rights, not to mention the University's own stated conviction to Freedom of Speech and the pursuit of truth.

 

The following is a message sent out by Eric Clopper:

It's been twelve weeks since I filed my complaint against Harvard and their student newspaper The Crimson to begin my lawsuit against them for the violation for free speech, defamation, conspiracy and other claims.

The Crimson has responded my to complaint with their own 12(b)(6) motion, called a "Motion to Dismiss for Failure to State a Claim." This is the same type of motion Harvard filed a week prior to The Crimson. It is essentially their "so what?" defense.

I have updated the docket so you can read The Crimson's motion, i.e. Doc 36, available at https://www.clopper.com/docket.

As a reminder, this motion is essentially The Crimson's "So what?" defense. These motions argue (in the generic sense, not specific to my case), "Let's assume all your alleged facts are true. Even if they are true, so what? There are no legal remedies for the facts as you state them."

Eric Clopper fights a three-way fight:

First and foremost, he fights to defend his reputation, since officials at Harvard, The Crimson and Baystate Sound colluded to attack his character.

Harvard Responds to Eric Clopper with a "Motion to Dismiss"

In my last post related to this ongoing saga, we learned that Eric Clopper filed a lawsuit against Harvard University for enacting a smear campaign against him for show he put on at Harvard's Sanders Theatre. (Please read about this in my last post and on related posts listed at the end of this post.)

Just yesterday, Eric Clopper sent out an e-mail updating us as to the situation of the lawsuit he filed against Harvard. The e-mail reads as follows:

It's been ten weeks since I filed my complaint against Harvard et al. to begin my lawsuit against them for the violation of my right to free speech and other claims.

To extend the courtesy to defendants Harvard and The Crimson that they never extended to me during their "investigation," retaliation, and defamation campaign against me following my play, I wanted to give you the opportunity to read their latest arguments that they made and then filed with the federal court.

To this end, I have compiled ALL public court documents and uploaded them to my website at https://www.clopper.com/docket (updated periodically)

The first substantive argument Defendant Harvard has filed with the federal court is their "Motion to Dismiss for Failure to State a Claim." (DOC #30)

This motion was described to me in law school as a "So what?" defense. These motions argue (in the generic sense, not specific to my case), "Let's assume all your alleged facts are true. Even if they are true, so what? There are no legal remedies for the facts as you state them."

I don't have time to comment long on these situations nowadays, but it appears Harvard is trying to get away with the defamation. In addition to denying the very thing Harvard has historically made the case for, free speech, they went on to smear and defame Eric Clopper, and now they want to fold their hands and pretend as if they shouldn't be held responsible.

It is my hope that, for the good of Freedom of Speech, for the good of university students everywhere, but most of all, for the awareness of true and factual information regarding what is quite possibly the most common elective, cosmetic procedure in the country, and for the advancement of equal rights for male infants, justice prevails.

In a way, Harvard's heinous acts can be seen as a blessing. Had Harvard merely kept quiet and let Eric's show be, he wouldn't have garnered much attention. But due to the fact that Harvard wants to play hard-ball, this is giving attention to Eric and his message, perhaps more attention than the male infant circumcision advocates at Harvard had intended.

I'm a little late in the game when it comes to reporting this, but as they say, "Better late than never."

Your blogger is busy with life and he somehow wishes he could be both an intactivist and supporting himself financially... Oh well... The best I can do is support other more important, more prominent intactivists...

On May 1st, 2018, Eric Clopper performed a play called Sex and Circumcision: An American Love Story at Harvard University's Sanders Theatre, where he staged the world's ultimate take-down of male infant circumcision as both a medical and religious ritual.

For this, Clopper was immediately placed on leave pending "a full review of the May 1 performance and events leading up to it."

Harvard suspended Clopper for 2 months for a supposed "investigation," during which Harvard’s student news paper, The Crimson, published 5 libelous articles against him, and refused to publish his letter to the editor.

In addition, to having solicited claims against him and eliminated his position, Harvard colluded with the sound company that handled Clopper’s show to obtain intimate footage of his, which they then showed to senior administrators, his boss, his friends and colleagues.

In essence, Harvard University, The Crimson and Baystate Sound colluded in a smear campaign against Clopper.

But why would anyone want to do this?

The answer is clear:

Officials at Harvard and their accomplices would like to cancel Eric Clopper because his message and take-down of male infant circumcision is solid, and they have vested interest in protecting male infant circumcision and those who perpetuate it.

That is the tactic and strategy of people who have no logical leg to stand on; cancel and silence.

So solid and irrefutable is Clopper's message, that the only chance people who want to silence him have is to disenfranchise him by attacking his character and plaguing him with financial ruin and shame.

That same year, Clopper set out to play David to Harvard's Goliath, setting up a GoFundMe to cover litigation expenses.

And now, it seems, Eric Clopper is finally armed and ready to fight.

On July 27, 2020 this year, he posted the following video on YouTube:




He says:

“My attorneys and I have officially filed suit against Harvard and other parties for the violation of my Constitutional Rights and other claims in the Federal District Court of Massachusetts.

At the beginning of the year, I posted about how Twitter has permanently banned me.

Four days ago, I was scrolling through my Facebook news feed to discover that filmmaker Brendon Marotta, author of the award-winning circumcision documentary film American Circumcision has also been banned. He wrote about his situation in his blog.

Brendon's circumstances seem to be similar to mine; I feel as though I didn't break any rules, at least intentionally, and whenever I try to appeal to Twitter or contact someone there, all I get are automated responses.

I feel that I was censored for daring to question organizations such as the AAP, ACOG, PEPFAR, the WHO, UNAIDS, USAID, JHPIEGO, and the like regarding male infant circumcision and the mass circumcision campaign happening in Africa under the purported pretext of "HIV prevention."

Now, there are many reasons why I dislike our president. I honestly can't believe he is in office, and would like nothing more than to see him be removed this November.

However, even a broken clock is right twice a day, and I find I actually agree with him taking on social media platforms on censorship, threatening to remove their protections if they keep censoring people.

Censoring dissent for daring to question and criticize authority and/or otherwise sacred cows is what China and North Korea do. I feel our country may be headed in that direction, and I commend the president for bringing attention to this and trying to do something about it.

Male circumcision being a case in point, it is completely possible for what are supposed to be respected medical authorities to disseminate misinformation that results in needless harm and the violation of the most basic of human rights.

That platforms like Twitter and Facebook are taking the liberty to censor any individual or organization that dares question authoritative medical organizations such as the WHO and AAP, and demonstrably prove that they are disseminating misinformation ought to concern intactivists.

Social media platforms are mistaken if they think they've won, though.

"Shit floats," as the saying goes.

Circumcision advocates may have won a temporary battle in silencing us by banning us from social media platforms, but the truth can't be hidden forever.

The truth is like the sun and the moon; they can't be hidden forever and eventually make their existence known, plain and obvious for all to see.

Being banned from Twitter means more people will want to see Brendon's film.

More people are going to find out about this, America's little secret, thus raising awareness of what goes on 3,000 times a day in this country.

If anything this actually helps our cause.

It's truly sad to watch those fond of upholding lies as they are eaten alive by the mouth of the truth.

While currently lies prevail regarding male circumcision, sooner or later, the truth must be known.

And then, like the sun and the moon, it will be plain, obvious and undeniable.

Twitter Censoring Joseph4GI

Well, I think it's finally happened.

Twitter has finally managed to kick me out for good.

I'd been locked out of my account before, but I've always managed to appeal to them to give it back.

In the bast, I had been locked out because others who wanted to shut me up reported me for responses they baited me into.

You know the type of people too.

Some pro-circ advocates are in the habit of posting inflammatory tweets about circumcision and intact men, and then reporting/blocking people respond.

It's a strategy.

A tactic they have.

I've seen them tweet about it too.

"Let's see how many foreskin crazies we can lure out."

If that's not instigation, I don't know what is.

At any rate, I had always been able to prove that others were posting instigating thoughts in order to "cancel" intactivist users.

For those still on Twitter, always take screen shots; you never know if you need to prove your innocence.

This one time some chick was posting about how all men should go get circumcised, how intact penises are smelly and ugly.

When I responded with "What would you think if I said all women should get circumcised? Because uncircumcised vaginas are ugly and smelly?", the same person reported me for "gender discrimination" or what not. I was shown my "offending Tweets." When I sent them screen shots and addresses of the instigating Tweets, they apologized, and I agreed to take down the "offending Tweets," and that they would ask the other party to take hers down.

This other time, another chick tried to get others to attack me. I forget the technical term... "aggressive following" or whatever. She retweeted something I posted encouraging others to attack me, which they did. And I didn't mind. I don't care. If people want me to destroy their idiotic excuses for circumcision arguments, I'll do it. I eat circumcision idiots for breakfast. I responded in turn, retweeting the Tweet where she was encouraging others to bombard my Tweets. The woman reports *me* for "aggressive following" or "bullying." I can't remember exactly what it was. I got banned, and again, I was able to show that it was the other person doing what she was accusing me of.

Long story short, I've always been able to appeal and come back. Appeal and come back.

But this time, I don't think I'm coming back from this one.

Actually, I suspect that some pro-circumcision Twitter administrators have had their eye on me for a while, and were looking for a way to kick me out.

I suspect that I was being shadow banned for a while, because it seemed I didn't get as many responses and likes as I used to for some time now.

I know what a sensitive topic circumcision is, and there are always people responding passionately, but recently, I hadn't been getting too many responses; just people already in the choir.

This time, I wasn't even kicked out for anything circumcision-related. I was kicked out of my account for a Tweet on a completely different topic; healthcare and gun control. Twitter said that my tweet was "encouraging violence or suicide." I used the words "In America, if you're sick and can't afford healthcare, you might as well shoot yourself." Completely figuratively, not even aimed at anyone in particular.

I have already tried appealing several times.

The first time, I got a reply, telling me that Twitter had received my appeal, that they'll be reviewing it and addressing me shortly. They did, and they told me "Our support team has determined that a violation did take place, and therefore we will not overturn our decision." Which is strange, because I never challenged that a violation did take place; I appealed telling them that I would remove the offending Tweet as soon as they reinstated my account.

Thinking the response to my appeal may have been automated, I tried appealing again. This time, no reply telling me they'd got my appeal.

I appealed again the next day. And the next. And the next.

What they want is a cell phone number from me; something I haven't been able to furnish since I was first kicked out. I don't have a cell phone number I can give them; I have a company phone, and I don't want to involve my employer in my intactivism.

I always thought it was rather sneaky that anyone, Hotmail, Gmail, Twitter or any social media outlet would want something as personal as a cell-phone number. I probably could just sacrifice my employer's phone number for me, but I also don't want Twitter tracking my every move.

So no.

When I try logging into Twitter, I'm asked for a cell number if I want to proceed further.

I'm not giving them that, so I think this is where my presence on Twitter ends.

Perhaps it's for the best that I move on from Twitter, as it's become a PC wasteland where you can't say anything "offensive."

Opposing circumcision, male infant circumcision in particular is seen by its advocates as "antisemitism," or "parent harassment" or "mommy-shaming."

It's only a matter of time before opposing circumcision will be called "misogyny" and/or "violent assault."

Whatever it takes to silence us.

Well whatever.

I think I've put enough of my thoughts out there on Twitter, enough to plant seeds and for others to take my thoughts, expand on them and spread the message.

I do have a feeling we're winning, though.

I've been following along in the latest developments and the usual suspects have fallen silent.

I'm seeing more and more groups on Twitter, Facebook and other social media aimed at educating parents to be.

I'm confident that we are approaching victory, and that sooner or later, all who ever advocated for this sick, disgusting form of child genital mutilation will be ashamed to admit ever having done so.

This morning, I woke up to this post on my Facebook news feed:

Apparently, Facebook is censoring Doctors Opposing Circumcision and information about circumcision deaths. According DOC, Facebook removed many educational graphics they created without any notification.

Furthermore, they are not allowing the DOC website to be shared on their platform.

I myself have experienced censorship on Facebook.

Not too long ago, I created a page to address the fact that most American textbooks on health and human anatomy graphically depict the penis as circumcised, and if the foreskin is even mentioned at all, it is described as "that extra flap of skin covering the penis which is removed during circumcision." No actual pictures of the human penis were posted, only the hand-drawn graphics published in the textbooks, which show the penis dissected in many different ways for educational purposes, but apparently that was enough for Facebook to take down the whole page.

It would be very easy for critics to lump us in with the anti-vaxx movement, and thus use it as grounds to censor us, however vaccination has been scientifically proven to strengthen the immune system against pathogens that cause disease. They do not remove any flesh from the body, and, they are actually recommended by every respected medical organization, unlike circumcision.

Unless there is medical indication, and/or the individual consents, all surgery is abuse, medical fraud and mutilation. It prevents as much disease as blood letting and head trepanation.

If there were any justice, it would be pro-circ groups and websites who would be censored, because they spread much misinformation that takes an unfounded position against the most respected medical organizations in the west.

This wouldn't be the first time I've experienced censorship on social media for challenging male infant circumcision; not too long ago I was on Twitter, and the platform would not even let me post the following Tweet:

There is a problem when those who run social media platforms decide certain narratives shouldn't be challenged.

Intactivists aren't even publishing controversial, misleading information.

There is a problem when Facebook censors well-documented information, citations of medical journals and references to the most respected medical organizations in the world.

I can only surmise that information is taken down whenever someone, or some group reports it as being "offensive."

Which raises the question:

Are scientifically demonstrable facts going to be censored every time somebody finds them "offensive?"

In my last post, I wrote about how Harvard University was trying to censor Eric Clopper for his intactivist show “Sex & Circumcision: An American Love Story.” It turns out that what they’re actually doing is far worse.

It would be one thing if the university administration merely fired him and told him to look elsewhere for a job because they were “offended” or whatever bullshit reason they could come up with.

In essence, Harvard University, The Crimson and Baystate Sound engaged in a smear campaign against Clopper.

Obviously his show pinched some nerves, and now people are trying to shut him down.

This is no different than if people were trying to porn-shame women who performed in the Vagina Monologues.

Clopper effectively, conclusively and irrefutably destroys the lie that male infant circumcision before an audience.

He highlights the historical reasons circumcision was performed on males, a lot of which are beliefs still held today.

He takes apart the pseudo-science used to prop up the claim that circumcision has "medical benefits"

He exposes the AAP and the so-called "circumcision task-force" for the frauds they are, and for the crock of deliberate lies they try and feed the public.

He attacks the conflict of interests that Jewish doctors and physicians have when propping up the so-called "medical benefits."

He rejects the Jewish covenant imposed on him as an infant and openly repudiates it.

This man's presentation is an indictment of American medicine and America as a whole for holding on to, repeating, and perpetuating a lie which is clear and obvious to anyone well-versed in basic human anatomy, history and medicine, basically the rest of the English-speaking world.

It is a call to action that we reject this lie for truth, and to protect the most basic, the most fundamental human rights of the next generation.

I recon this does not sit will with the AAP, Jewish members of Harvard, and gentiles who are circumcised themselves, spouses of circumcised men, or parents of circumcised children, who do not want to have to question this, who fear the spread of Eric Clopper's message.

His message is solid.

So solid and irrefutable, that the only chance people who want to silence him have is to attack his character and plague him with financial ruin and shame.

You can shoot the messenger, but the message stands or falls on its own.

I beseech my readers to please help this man with whatever you can.

Help him win his fight against those who are trying to shame him into silence.

It is a violation of the most basic of human rights.

It is scientific profanity and an insult to human intelligence.

It is a sick, disgusting, bold-faced lie respected medical organizations in the rest of the world can see right through, and it's about time American medical organizations stop telling it.

CIRCUMCENSORSHIP: Scholarly Circumcision Articles Being Censored on Facebook

It's happened to me before; I post a link to a news article on a legit, valid news source, or to medical literature on a reputable journal on Facebook, only to have it immediately labeled as "spam" and deleted no sooner than I had clicked "post."

I would sit there and wonder if this was something that was happening only to me, but earlier today, I ran across a post in my news feed confirming to me that that I'm not the only one.

I've taken screenshots of the post on my news feed and have posted them below.

Facebook users can see the post on the matter, and the conversation ensuing among other intactivist Facebook users here (last accessed 1/15/2018).

It is quite evident that there are people at Facebook who have decided to take the liberty to censor intactivism by labeling news articles or research papers that don't speak favorably of male circumcision as "spam" and immediately removing them.

This puts intactivists in the awkward position of not being able to substantiate the facts we post; in essence, Facebook is blocking access to verifiable information.

This wouldn't be the first time a social media outlet has made it difficult for intactivists to post; not too long ago, Twitter was keeping me from posting the following:

 

I tried to post this over and over again from different devices to no avail.

I kept getting error messages.

Finally, I took a screen shot which is the only way I could post what I wanted to say.

All I can say is that, the information we post must be powerful and intimidating, if people at social media outlets are going as far as trying to censor us.

They may succeed temporarily, but not for long.

"Truth suppress'd will find an avenue to be told."

Circumcision Censorship at Twitter?

I've been very active on Twitter recently (@Joseph4GI if you're interested).

All had been going more or less very well.

That is until this morning, when I tried posting the following:

The first time I tried posting this was on my phone, but I kept getting the error message "We're sorry, something went wrong. Please try again in a minute."

I must have kept trying for about a half an hour, when I realized something was wrong.

Then I went to my tablet and tried re-typing my message and posting there.

Same deal.

Finally, I went to my PC and tried posting again.

This time, I only get the message "Sorry, something went wrong."

Then I take the above screen shot and tweet that.

That went through just fine.

I try retyping the above tweet again, and I get the same error message.

I think something is amiss, and I'd like to know what it is.

VICE Slams Intact on Facebook - Hides It From the Rest of the World

On a previous post, I talk about American doctors, medical associations and parent advice organizations keeping Americans in the dark regarding anatomically correct genitals; Americans aren't shown what the rest of the world knows.

Now, I've come across the exact opposite phenomenon; it seems American publications are keeping the world in the dark about what they show their American audience.

The publication recently published an article called "Rolling Back America's Cultural Hatred of Foreskin."

But while they posted it on Facebook with the following inflammatory headline, "Every uncut dick I have touched smells like feet," the post can't be seen by anyone outside of the United States.

If you're not accessing the above link from within the US, you will get something that looks like this:

These screen shots were taken from acquaintances in the UK and Canada.

On the one hand, how sly and sneaky of VICE to be posting gratuitous slams against anatomically correct males, yet hiding it from the rest of the world.

On the other, this means that they know they couldn't get away with such a gratuitous swipe against intact men except in the United States.

The fact of the matter is that men in the rest of the world are for the most part (between 70 and 80%) not circumcised, they live healthy lives with intact bodies, and their male or female partners don't see a problem with it.

 But it must be asked; if intact men smell like feet, what do intact women smell like?

Do men or women who date them think this is a problem?

I just think it's interesting how the natural smells of the vagina are just accepted as part of the package, but people with a fetish for iatrogenically deficient penis raise a stink.

How much longer before Americans are shown the same information as people in the rest of the world?

Is the rest of the world aware of America's obsession with mutilated penis?

LUTON UK: Circumcision Censorship?

So last week, on Wednesday, March 23rd, Men Do Complain, an intactivist group in the UK held a protest in front of Thornhill Clinic, Luton, Bedfordshire, England, a clinic notorious for performing forcible male circumcision on minors.

 Apparently, the clinic pulled down the blinds and closed up shop for the duration of the protest.

The group received news coverage for their protest which was initially published, but has since been pulled.

The Luton Herald & Post had published two articles about the demonstration in front of Thornhill Clinic, but for unexplained reasons they've decided to pull them from their website, along with comments section which was accumulating much support of the group and their demonstration.
